Targets for your Open Source Contributions, every week, every month or once.
Set goals on the Goals page, such as "30 Open Source Contributions a month" or "1 review a week". They count Open Source Contributions only.
| Metric | Counts |
|---|---|
| Open Source Contributions | Everything, commits counted one by one |
| Active days | Days with at least one contribution |
| Commits, Issues opened, Pull requests opened, Reviews, Discussions | One type |
| Pull requests merged | Your pull requests merged in the period, whenever they were opened |
Progress is updated after each refresh of your contributions (at least every 6 hours) and as soon as you set or change a goal. Once a period reaches its target, it stays achieved, even if a later recount lowers it a bit.
Turn on Goal achieved in Settings under Motivation emails to get a congratulation email when you reach a goal.
Goals are private unless you make them public: then they appear on your public profile with their current progress. Change it with Make public or Make private on each goal.
You can have up to 20 goals. Archive a goal to stop tracking it while keeping its history; Delete removes it with its history.
